4. Is there support available outside of scheduled sessions?

Yes, as a part of your tutoring package, you will have access to ongoing support via the platform's messaging feature! This means you will be able to reach out with questions or for clarification anytime, and I'll provide timely assistance.

5. Are there flexible payment options available?

Yes, in an effort to increase accessibility, payment plans are available for all tutoring packages. These plans break down the total cost into monthly installments, helping you manage your budget without extra fees or interest.

6. What is your policy on refunds?

We're confident in the value we provide but also offer a straightforward refund policy. If within the first hour of tutoring, you find our service isn’t the right fit, we'll issue a full refund minus a small processing fee, provided it’s within 14 days of purchase.
